Mark Twain made a very important statement, “It isn't what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just isn't so.“ so we should be very careful in "What we think we know"!
The following 5 item's can be heard and read everywhere, but if we go to the source material we find that they are completely false.
1. Constantine legalized Christianity and made it the State Religion
Christianity had existed for 200 years before Council of Nicae in 325 AD, earlier in 313 AD Constantine had lifted the laws against Christianity with the Edict of Milan.

2. The 1215 Magna Carta is Valid Law
The Magna Carta was not even valid from the beginning because King John had already conceded England and it's assets to Pope Innocent lll and the Papacy in 1213 AD. Aside from this fact, the Magna Carta wasn't for the peasants, it was written by the barons and signed under duress by King at the tip of a sword.

3. The Organic Act of 1871 incorporated the United States
The Act of 1871 only incorporated the city of Washington DC and created an independent government which dissolved the charters of Washington and Georgetown. This had nothing to do with The United States of America, it didn't surrender to the Vatican, or to Great Britain.

4. Everyone has a Cestui Que trust
The Cestui que vie Act of 1666 created a trust to hold property for inhabitants who were displaced by the fire of London which was likely started to eradicate the Pague. This has nothing to do with people 360 years later, or those living on another continent. So just keep trying to figure out how to use a 1099 OID or W-4, which has worse odds than buying lotto tickets.

5. Bar is an acronym BAR, for British Accredited Registry
If this claim was legitimate this would be simple to find on any State Bar website, and BAR would be used instead of bar. Sorry Jordan Maxwell, RIP.
